Andrew is a Co-Founder and the COO of NeurGear, where he drives operations, product development, and commercialization strategy for the company’s non-invasive neuromodulation platform. With a background as a U.S. Navy Surgical Technologist and dual-degree graduate in Biomedical Engineering from RIT, Andrew blends clinical, technical, and operational expertise to advance next-generation wearable therapies.

I am a neurotech researcher, mathematician, physiotherapist, and data scientist. Better stated, I am a neuro nerd, math geek, human performance junkie, and data nut with an insatiable curiosity about EVERYTHING and a fidgety need to tinker. My annoying addiction to finding facts, truth, and figuring out how everything works has molded me into the strange little person I am today. My time spent helping startup companies design and trial the devices that will, in time, change the world; is the time which I find most rewarding.
