He brings expertise in ultrasound stimulation, human performance, and startup growth.

Andrew Slegaitis

Chief Operating Officer

Andrew is a Co-Founder and the COO of NeurGear, where he drives operations, product development, and commercialization strategy for the company’s non-invasive neuromodulation platform. With a background as a U.S. Navy Surgical Technologist and dual degrees in Biomedical Engineering, Andrew combines clinical experience, technical expertise, and operational leadership to drive the development of next-generation wearable technologies.
