What does the session sound/feel like?

Sound: The device itself remains quiet during use unless you choose to play audio through the built-in audio feature. ZenBud sessions are designed to feel calm, subtle, and easy to integrate into your routine without distracting sounds or interruptions.

Feel: Most people feel very little physically during a session, though some may notice a gentle sensation around the pads or a mild feeling of relaxation as the session progresses. The updated headset and redesigned pads were created to feel more comfortable and supportive during use. If you ever feel discomfort, we recommend shortening your session time or adjusting the fit of the headset.

Can I use ZenBud while doing other things (like work, chores)?

You should be in a relatively stationary, relaxed position – e.g. sitting or lying down. This ensures the earbud stays in place and your body can fully engage the parasympathetic response. That said, you can still do calm activities: some users read, listen to music, or work at their computer during sessions. Just avoid rigorous physical activity or anything requiring full concentration (we don’t recommend driving with it on, for example, as it may make you too relaxed or distracted). But yes, feel free to answer emails or sip tea while ZenBud is running. It’s meant to integrate into your life seamlessly.
