What's Covered
We stand behind the quality of the ZenBud™ device. Your purchase includes a 1-year limited warranty against:
-Defects in materials or workmanship
-General device malfunctions or breakage under normal use
-Failure of included charging accessories
What's Not Covered
To keep things clear, this warranty does not cover:
-Silicone earbuds or silicone pads (considered consumables)
-Damage due to misuse, abuse, or unauthorized repairs
-Cosmetic wear and tear not affecting function
-Any shipping costs for returns or replacements
-Purchases made from unauthorized sellers
-Claims from anyone other than the original purchaser

2. Include:
-A brief description of the issue
-Clear photos or videos (if applicable)
-Your proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Note: All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Our Promise
If your device qualifies under warranty, NeurGear will, at our discretion:
-Repair the device
-Replace it with a new or refurbished unit
-Offer a partial or full refund
