Thank you for shopping with NeurGear through ZenBud.health. This Shipping Policy explains our order-processing, shipping, delivery, and tracking practices.

Domestic Shipping

Order Processing and Delivery Estimates

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Most domestic orders are expected to be processed within 7 business days from the date the order is placed. This estimate does not include carrier transit time.

During periods of unusually high order volume, holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control, delivery may take up to 15 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Carrier delivery schedules may vary, and some carriers may deliver on weekends.

The delivery estimate displayed during checkout at the time of purchase applies to your order.

Unexpected Delays

If we determine that your order cannot be shipped within a reasonable timeframe, we will contact you by email using the contact information provided with your order.

The notice will include a revised estimated shipment date. You may accept the revised date or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.

Shipping Rates

Available shipping methods and any applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories, and Military Addresses

NeurGear ships to eligible addresses within the United States and U.S. territories, including P.O. boxes and APO, FPO, and DPO addresses, where supported by the selected carrier.

Delivery times to U.S. territories, remote locations, P.O. boxes, and military addresses may be longer than the standard domestic delivery estimate.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive a shipment-confirmation email after your order has shipped. This email will include your tracking number and any available carrier information.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours after shipment to become active in the carrier’s system.

International Shipping

NeurGear offers international shipping to select countries and locations. Available international shipping destinations, methods, and charges will be displayed at checkout.

International delivery times vary based on the destination, selected shipping method, carrier operations, and customs processing. Delivery estimates for international orders are estimates and may be affected by customs or other circumstances outside our control.

If we are unable to ship to your location after your order has been placed, we will contact you and cancel the order for a full refund.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless these charges are expressly collected during checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient. NeurGear does not control these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Customs inspections or clearance procedures may also delay delivery.
