I can't say if it's having any effect, after just one week. But I can say, it is very easy and convenient to use. I just put it on each morning as I am having my coffee and checking my e-mails. No messy gels, just a comfortable headset. Naturally, I lose track of time, so it is very nice that is turns off automatically after 30 minutes. I can use them as headphones to listen to a Podcast without my husband hearing it, or I can just put them on and watch TV and hear everything, including my husband talking to me. Silence

Wish there was some indication that the ZenBud is actually working other than the blue light. Wish there was an app. It's like putting on my Beats with zero output. Just headphones sitting on my head. So I'm not sure its even working. I tried using my OURA ring App, but that isn't registering anything different regarding my HRV. This thing could be broken and I'd never know. Pretty unsatisfying.
