90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Thank you for shopping at ZenBud.health (“ZenBud,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not fully satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund under this 90-Day Money-Back Warranty (“Warranty”). By purchasing or using our products, you agree to the terms below.

1) Who is eligible

  • This Warranty applies to purchases made directly from ZenBud.health or our official ZenBud checkout (including Shop Pay/Affirm).
  • It is available to individual consumers for personal use. Commercial purchases, resellers, and bulk buyers are excluded.
  • Unless prohibited by law, the Warranty is non-transferable and limited to one (1) refund per product SKU per household.

2) Warranty window (90 days)

  • The 90-day period begins on the delivery date shown by the carrier.
  • To qualify, you must initiate a claim within 90 calendar days of delivery (see Section 7).

3) What’s covered

  • Satisfaction issues (e.g., the product didn’t meet expectations).
  • Manufacturing defects or shipping damage (see Section 8 for damage timelines).

This Warranty does not cover misuse, improper storage, accidental damage after delivery, normal wear/tear of packaging, or subjective dislike of scent/flavor where the product otherwise performs as described.

4) Returns & condition requirements

To prevent abuse while keeping the policy customer-friendly, we accept the following:

  • First-time purchase of a product (per household):
    – You may return one (1) opened unit of that SKU and any additional unopened units in salable condition.
  • Repeat purchases of the same product:
    – Only unopened units are eligible.
  • Bundles/kits:
    – Must be returned complete; if partially used, only one (1) unit within the bundle may be opened.
  • Include the original packaging and order number where reasonably possible.

5) Exclusions

  • Digital goods, downloadable content, gift cards.
  • Free gifts, samples, promotional items.
  • Final sale/clearance items explicitly labeled as such at checkout (unless defective).
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or marketplaces.
  • Any item returned without an RMA (see Section 7).

6) Refund method & timing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method for the product price paid plus applicable taxes.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless we made an error or the item is defective.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5–10 business days for processing. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

If you paid with Shop Pay Installments / Affirm

  • Refunds are sent to Affirm to reduce or close your loan; any amounts you already paid may be refunded per your loan terms.
  • Affirm will update your balance and schedule. ZenBud cannot alter your loan; for details, contact Affirm.

7) How to start a claim (RMA required)

  1. Email info@neurgear.com with:
    – Order number, full name, and email used at checkout
    – Product(s) and reason for return
    – Photos for any defect/damage claims
  2. We’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with instructions.
  3. Ship the item(s) within 14 days of RMA issuance.
    • For non-defective returns, return shipping is customer-paid.
    • For verified defects or order errors, we provide a prepaid label.
  4. Keep your tracking as proof of return.

Returns sent without an RMA or outside the timeframes may be refused or subject to partial refunds at our discretion.

8) Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

  • Please notify us within 14 days of delivery for any damage, defect, or shipment error.
  • Provide photos of the packaging and product. We will replace, reship, or refund as appropriate.

9) Subscriptions & autoship

  • First delivery of a product on subscription is eligible under Section 4 (one opened unit allowed).
  • Subsequent renewals are eligible for refund only if unopened. To avoid unwanted renewals, cancel before the next processing date per your subscription terms.

10) Exchanges

  • Where inventory allows, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund. Exchanged items follow the same Warranty timelines as the original order.

11) Fraud, abuse & chargebacks

We reserve the right to refuse or limit the Warranty for suspected fraud, abuse, or excessive returns, and to deactivate accounts engaging in such activity. If you file a chargeback after receiving a refund or replacement, we may contest it with proof of resolution.

12) Title & risk of loss

Title and risk of loss pass at delivery. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. Please use an insured and trackable method.

13) Local rights

Nothing in this Warranty limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law. Where required by law, we will comply with any mandatory return or refund obligations.
